Lucknow Super Giants

Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) is one of the newest teams in the Indian Premier League (IPL), making its debut in the 2022 season. The RPSG Group, headed by Sanjiv Goenka, is the franchise’s owner and is based in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.

In their very first season, Lucknow Super Giants impressed with their strong performance, finishing in the top four and qualifying for the playoffs.

The team is led by the experienced KL Rahul, a top-order batsman and former captain of Punjab Kings, who has been a standout player in the IPL over the years.
